Have banked there almost 20 years. Paid off two home loans and numerous car loans. I stayed because of the customer service, after two recent incidents at the drive through I realize this bank no longer cares about customer service. Called 800 number was told manager would call back that day. No call, pretty bad when you can't even make a deposit with no cash back in your account. May as well go to a mega bank and get high interest, could have done it long ago but stayed for the service, which like a lot of things seems to be gone these days.

One of our debit cards was compromised and several hundreds of dollars was charged to our account. Of course this happened on Friday night. Immediately went to website 800 number to report stolen debit card and of course it wouldn't go through. Went to drive thru on Saturday morning and of course there is nothing they can do about it. Advised to come back Monday morning to talk to service rep. So here I sit all weekend waiting for more fraudulent charges on my account. This is horse pucky and needs to be readdressed. Seriously considering changing banks after 23 years.
