When our septic tank backed up into our house we called a few companies for an emergency call. By the time I found Coppedge Septic I was just praying for someone to answer the phone actually be local and be able to come quickly. Not only did I get a person on the phone they were amazing they were able to get us on the schedule. The guys they sent to our house were polite and got right to work. They cleaned up the yard really well. We will definitely be using this company again.

These guys are amazing! My septic alarm went off the other night. After spending too much time trying to get someone to at least answer a phone, I found Coppedge Septic. I called them around 110 a.m. and low and behold someone actually answered the phone AND they knew what they were doing! I asked them to come out and they arrived at 3:00 p.m. with 2 people and the pump truck. They figured out that the problem was a float had come loose and the charge was negligible. I asked them to go ahead and pump my tanks since they were there and they did it for a very reasonable price. They could have told me that was a expensive part and charged me whatever. They were honest and I strongly recommend them they are now my go-to septic service for any future issues!

Absolutely phenomenal service. They didn't even mind me watching (it was interesting to watch), and asking questions, they took the time to answer my questions and give me advice on taking care of the septic system. And the price I was quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid, not a penny more. I had heard horror stories about other septic services but Coppedge Septic made it nice and easy. Call them first when you need septic service. I highly recommend them!!

I wasted a whole day after calling another company and they did not even bother to call and tell me they were going to be late or even apologizes for not coming on time or even not calling to say they were not going to make it that day! I am a business owner my self and customer service means everything to me. So I called Coppedge Septic and they blew me away with how professional they were, not only answering my call but actually getting out here. It turned out that one of the technicians is someone I went to high school with and we got to catch up, what a nice bonus!
