Emerald Care Center Claremore

This place is terrible and is dangerous to patients. The state should shut it down and we will be filing grievances. They have given my father the wrong medicine, the wrong doses and have severely injured him. If you care for your family member, do not bring them here. Emerald Care Center is unsafe, has no interest in helping patients and nearly killed my father by overdosing him on his medication. They could not even follow doctor's dosing instructions and gave my father 2-3 times the dose he should have had. My mother tried to contact the director of nursing about these serious mistakes, but par for the course here, she can't even get a return call and the nursing director rarely bothers to even show up at the facility Please, if you care about your family member, do everything you can to keep them away from Emerald Care at Claremore. I can't imagine how many other patients they have hurt or worse with their negligence.

I need to edit. (.. It was Amy and Julie) My daughter worked here through clip board she loved the patient's she took care of.The facility gave her 5 star reviews every time she worked a shift for them and she filled in a lot until she wanted to work for them directly after an evening of work where she did all the work because the other staff wouldn't do anything but play around on their phones and ignore the call lights she turned down the offer. After she did Emily took her off the clipboard schedule and made her a DO NOT RETURN on the schedule she was so upset cause she loved it there I will be looking further into this for her I feel it's just not right for them to do that to her
