My husband called pixley on Monday and they said they have what we wanted. He drove to Claremore and paid, in full, for our shingles. Receipt in hand, pick up was set for Wednesday AM. Upon arrival, the order wasnt pulled, they did not have what we paid for and they decided that we said the wrong thing to honor our tax exempt status. ZERO stars for customer service. If the shingles werent already being pulled off of our roof I would have been fine with telling them to eat healthy and drink your water.
