Awesome experience. Alan answered all of our questions and explained pros and cons of the models we were looking at. They were not pushy at all, and Alan even delivered the mower to my home after he closed up for the day. Thanks Alan, you made our experience top notch.

So so service. My mower went in with two flat tires. I asked them to fix along with seasonal service. They replaced one tire, but not the other. It came home with one still flat. I will be going somewhere else next year.

UPDATE for 8/2020 WOW. Something has changed. I had to go back here for a part, do they have new management, b/c I recommend them highly now and am changing my rating. They arent interested in doing business if you dont have a way to bring in your mower in for service. They wanted to charge me $50 to pick up a mower approx 3 miles away. Then another $50 to bring it back. I laughed and walked out. Will never do business with highway robbers. UPDATE for 8/2020 WOW. Something has changed. Nothing but positive experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable. I will be back for future mower purchase and I live 2 hours away.
