Been with the company for a long time. I love how they take care of me immediately when I call. Chrissy and Courtney are exceptional agents. It is so nice to know that anyone can take care of me when I call. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was VERY disappointed by how they handled my insurance. I can't believe they asked us to get a checking account or they won't let me pay the smaller amount they actually charge you for not being able to do direct deposit! Even though they said it went thru with my pay card from work. Then the next Monday said oh wait no it didn't and I had to drive all the way over and pay them. They didn't even mention of have to pay more cus the down payment changes...like who does that?? What a sick joke. Had to talk to a manager and still am paying almost $300 for insurance?! I should have gone to Geico.. They also will make your spouse get insurance if he is a cosigner on the loan but not a driver. So another 35 dollars we don't have. I'm to the point of breaking down and crying. I wish of never gotten this car or this insurance. Please please if you use them make sure you have a checking account and Read EVERY paper they put in front good you! Don't get swindled like I did!
