Claremore Electric Department

I lived in Claremore Oklahoma for 4 years, The Electricity Company is one of the biggest problems and unprofessional support because the power out at Alphaville apartments and other area that was close to Claremore Oklahoma. The Hotline phone number is also very stupid for not answering to any calls even entered the account number to contact representative but certainly hang up the call. What a waste of time for a coward and non-support company that I ever lived, not to mention the Utility bills prices are high the last year for new comers. It's time for Electric Department Company in Claremore Oklahoma needs to change and make it right for everyone that are or still middle class citizens of USA!!!!

Horrible infrastructure, multiple outage bursts that fry ac units, refrigerators, cable boxes. You would think that for 2021 and the high prices that we pay we would have awesome infrastructure.

This place was absolutely amazing! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Mr Bacon the manager and his staff BEND over backwards to help you! I had one lady named Amy who stayed on the phone with me, giving me directions to the place! I don't get the negative reviews at all. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire 55 years! Thank you very much! Craig

the ladies at the counter were sweet, friendly, helpful. and a new customer they explained everything and answered my questions with patience and understanding. awsome job
