        DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had a membership and brought our new work truck through their car wash several times. The last time (9/23) their machine malfunctioned and ripped our ladder racks off the truck causing about $9,000 worth in damage. Have paperwork admitting from them that their machine malfunctioned. They told us to get an estimate and they would pay. Now they have the estimate and are refusing to make things right also refusing to tell us who their insurance company even is. I cant even put new ladder racks on to haul long ladders or materials etc until my bent up truck bed is fixed. This is not how you treat customers. Accidents happen but that is what insurance is for and their failure to protect their customers is absolutely ridiculous.
