        After working on my suv, i noticed a flat tire in the area they worked. When asked about this, they said it was "Fine when they checked it." And proceeded to indicate how I "should have checked their work" before taking the keys. No offer for assistance, or even an apology for the inconvenience. I get Gas lighting, and have to buy a $200+ tire out of pocket.
