RCB Bank

Beware, this bank is willing to charge over 60 bucks for a $1.20 overdraft after they locked me out of my account so I couldnt see my balance. If a bank with a bounce protection system locks you out of your account they want your money. Aside from that the staff is rude, they banned ALL MICROSOFT TRANSACTIONS, and they will give you bounce protection wether you tell them to or not. This is not a legitimate business and Im surprised its been running like this for so long with how little effort their is in the customer service department especially when theyve wronged you

I was lied to about receiving a paper check for me and my kids stimulus because my account had been closed for only a few days past the time I was supposed to receive and they wouldn't work with me at all. This is absolutely the worst bank there is. They should've been understanding. Everything I called over the phone I kept getting told no and then lied to and said they could do a paper check and they had to sent it back. We needed our stimulus and now we have to wait 4 weeks to get it. Screw this bank.
