Staff is VERY friendly and helpful!! Store layout is decently clean and easy to navigate. Customer service is absolutely top notch and at least a 20/10 here!!!! :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager was rude all bc she didnt know how to do veteran tax exemption at her own store. I said your sign right here says provide the card to you. It does not say register online. This broad said I can refuse service to you. Mind you, I wasnt yelling or causing commotion. Maybe it was the fact of what I looked like and my cap that read melanin. Idk, bc I certainly did not yell and I even said I wasnt trying to argue. I said Im not trying to argue with you, Im simply saying what the sign says by your register. She repeats I can refuse service to you. At this point Im like sure if you want to be a bish, then do so and I walked out. I will be filing a complaint and discrimination complaint to their cooperate office.
