        I would give zero Stars if I could, I had a horrible experience with Quality Diseal -they ordered the wrong wiring harness, had to wait 3 weeks for it and then figured out it was the other wiring harness, that is discontinued! Ended up pushing three pins back in the connector and charged me $650 bucks - 4 Weeks later!!! This is what they gave me and told me not to worry about the bracket and uncovered wires that it wasn't that big of a deal! Stay away go to another diesel mechanic

      We didn't order the wrong harness according to the manufacturer and your vin number but what we recieved was not the correct harness to replace the one that the customer damaged due to not knowing how to properly remove it. The harness that we recieved was delayed due to the UAW strike so we had no control over the time frame that it took. We informed the customer that we could try to "patch it up" to get by until the correct part could be sourced and he agreed to that. The bracket is part of the harness so the only way to make the "patch" was to break the bracket. The wires were taped back up after the repair was made. The work took more time than was billed but we were trying to help him out as much as we could. Hopefully other shops will see this and deny working on this customer vehicle as he doesn't appreciate someone going completely out of their way to help him. People like this are the reason shops are hesitant to help people any more.
