        They sent someone out to snake our laundry room drain because it was backed up. Was here for over an hour and didn’t fix the problem. We paid $135 for him to not fix the anything. They tried to tell us we needed new pipes. Called Copeland plumbing the next day, they came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! I usually don’t leave reviews and actually hate to leave one, but I called and asked if they could come back out and try again, and was told no.
