Dear Red Rock. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the level of support I received from your organization. Unfortunately, my experience with your services has left me feeling neglected and unsupported during a time when I was in dire need of assistance. Following the departure of one of your employees, it appears that a decision was made by Red Rock that I was no longer deserving of the help I had previously been receiving. Despite the agreement for monthly visits, I was informed that my struggles were not as severe as those of others, despite the fact that I was indeed enduring significant mental distress. Regrettably, my self-harm continued unabated, with seemingly no concern or attention from anyone at Red Rock. The assistance I required on a mental level was of paramount importance, and the fact that your organization seemingly abandoned me during this critical period is deeply disheartening. I implore you to reconsider seeking services from Red Rock, particularly if you happen to encounter Shana, whose behavior I found to be emotionally abusive. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that others do not experience a similar lack of support and care in the future. Also the distressing experience I had with two of your employees. Unfortunately, their conduct towards me was highly unprofessional and lacked the empathy and understanding that one would expect in a care and support environment. During my interaction with one of your employees, I was deeply disheartened to hear that my mental health concerns were deemed unworthy of genuine support and care. Furthermore, this individual went so far as to call me a liar while I was sharing my personal trauma and expressing my emotions. This interaction left me feeling invalidated and emotionally hurt, as it became evident that this employee neither cared nor had a willingness to provide the support I needed. Given the unprofessionalism displayed by this employee, I have made the decision not to continue receiving services from your organization. I am relieved to have found an alternative support system that demonstrates a more compassionate and respectful approach. It is unfortunate that I have had to resort to seeking assistance elsewhere due to the abusive treatment I experienced from your staff. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue appropriately, ensuring that such behavior is not tolerated within your organization. It is crucial for individuals in need of support to feel safe, respected, and valued during their interactions with your employees. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Yours sincerely, Gabriell speck.

After taking a month to get into and start counseling services, Sheena dropped me as a client and closed my entire case without any warnings or communication at all. Completely unprofessional. If I want to see a new counselor here I would have to go through the entire interview process that took a month all over again instead of Sheena just communicating with me and switching me to a different counselor if she didn't want me as a client.

The employees are very caring and helpful. My daughter sees a counselor at the chickasha location and they have been friendly to us from day 1. They always greet us by name and help us with any resources we might need.
