        I got to say Chantell the branch manager goes up and beyond to help me. A huge shout out to Amber. So professional, kind and extremely helpful and the rest of the crew very awesome and great to work with. I would highly recommend. Love this Bank

        NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS BANK FOR AN SORT OF LOAN. So unprofessional. I only gave them 1 star because I had to. Never returned phone calls. We were given the run around for 10 weeks. Steve was our loan officer and he was so hard to get ahold of, lacked communication on any level, and was very rude. Was told we would get approved with no problems. Then a week later was told if we go pay off the truck wed get approved again with no problems. Paid $16k and then were were EMAILED saying they werent taking any new loan applicants. They wont answer the phones and wont give us any answers. The WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Terrible management for letting things go in like this.
