Horrible place to live. Black mold and not wanting to fix anything. Also they will lock you out of your place if you have tried to pay rent and had to call the cops to be able to get my dog

Very poor ownership. Black mold is extremely out of hand. Doesn't pay employees fair wages. These people are a joke. We are in a pandemic and I have seen people being evicted despite the eviction memorandum declaration, myself and my family included. I would not suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful low stress environment to live .

I know I don't live out here I just want to that I was out there tonight helpingy sister's family move out there and the four times that walked outside to help my sister and that I have seen the manager walking around out there picking up trash that doesn't belong to her nor should she never have to pick up after someone I can tell that she takes pride in where she works and where lives and I'm impressed
