        My husband booked a couples massage for our 20 year anniversary. We showed up at the spa and it was locked and closed. He called and they said they tried to contact us but they needed to reschedule for an illness. (We did not have any missed calls, messages or texts). They offered to come to our cabin for services. However, they never showed up or called. He sent a text to confirm our appointment and again they tried to contact us to cancel due to illness again. Disappointing. Just wish they wouldve have let us know in a reasonable time to schedule with a different place.

      Im so sorry for the disappointment your phone said our of area . We sent him a screen shot of the log and text. We have had therapist out with the flu and we cannot do any treatments for the safety of the public and the health of staff. I explained this to your husband. I offered services a different day. Again so sorry for the unexpected illness thst has been going around.
