The young girl working at the counter never even looked up from her phone when I walked in or walked out, so worried about texting. She couldn't pay attention to the customer.

Just left, coming off vacation, and was surprised as to how unfriendly the staff was to people of color. To makes matters worse, they are a Shell branded gas station, thus a hit to the Shell brand reputation. Shell should be more careful in where and who it allows to sell its brand. Had I observed the attendents attitude before pumping gas, I would have went. along with my money, elsewhere. All people should be treated respectively and if not All people should take their money elsewhere!

The morning manager has horrendous customer service, they over charge you then tell you they cant refund you and when you ask for corporates number she told me to Google it thats above her pay grade. Refused to give me her name and hissed at me. She said you had the option not to buy it but the backward system they have gives you your discounts after you pay. She is not management material. I left corporate a number we will see if they actually call. I will never shop at that ezmart ever again. I have worked customer service over 20 years never would I speak to customer like that.
