Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The water valve on my water heater had malfunctioned. And water was quickly going everywhere. I called Spot On Plumbing and they got here within 30 mins and fixed it. Then they referred me to Phoenix Restoration. Jason called me himself and came himself within less than an hour and cleaned up all on a Thursday night! They saved me! And helped me understand how things work and what they all offer to help. Cant recommend them enough

Warning! So bad, sadly I used their service for removing moisture from floor. They installed 3 fans and a humidifier for like 2 or 3 days. Not effective at all :-) just wasting my money for Garbage Equipments and Service. later I removed the floor and all was wet! Zero value for more than 700$ bill I received and paid! Emailed and called them to adjust the bill, Not agreed! even I was charged 200$ for Emergency service call! Can you believe it? I am providing this negative review to warn you not use their service or at least asking for detail charges and service you get upfront before signing a contract with them. later I had to spent 5000$ to fix the floor just waisted my time and Money using their absolutely Garbage service.
