    DO NOT buy from this dealer. They will not uphold their end of a a We Owe You, and my situation is proof enough. Ipurchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from this location, and signed a We Owe You for the front left headlight. The manager told me that he would replace the bulb for now, but that I need to bring the car to Regional Hyundai to have the lamp inspected so that he can complete the WOY. I brought the car to RH, and they told me that the car had been in a wreck and the left headlight had been replaced with a a third party part (which RH can't replace since it's not included in the warranty). The wiring was messed up, so the lamp needs to be replaced. The total cost is $700 through RH, but another dealer could do it for less obviously.That's fine with me, of course, because that's what the manager needed me to find out. I called the iRide Broken Arrow location back to tell him what Regional Hyundai said, and I was told that the manager who sold me the car moved out of state. When I told him about the arrangement I had with the former manager, he said "we replaced the bulb, so we fullfilled the We Owe You." I tried to explain that the former manager knew that there was something wrong with the headlight (NOT the bulb), which is why he didn't put "bulb" on the WOY and put "headlight" to include whatever was wrong. The new manager said, "Well, I'm sorry this isn't going the way you want it to, but there's nothing I can do for you," and he hung up on me. I called the Tulsa location, and was told to call Mr James at the main location, who is the owner of iRide. Over several weeks, I called his office over and over and nobody called me back. Finally, I sent an email through their website, and the next day, somebody called me back and told me that I could go to their other location called Midtown Pre-owned Cars and Trucks to have the lamp replaced. I went there the next day to have the headlight repaired, and within two weeks, the bulb went out again! They didn't actually replace the headlight, they replaced the damn bulb again because they knew they could get away with it--within a week of going to that location, they were sold off to another company. I called the Tulsa office back and yet again, and I was told that the manager would call me back. I have called back five times over the past two weeks, and I still have not been called back. The way that I have been treated by this business is insane. It is going to cost me 700 dollars to repair the headlight myself, and I am not doing that. I will continue to reach out to them so that this can finally be resolved. Edit: my situation has been resolved, but only after filing a formal complaint through the Yes Motor Vehicle Commission.

    Bought my car here and no problems, went back to help my mom get into a newer car and a new salesman came out and was being pushy then accused me of being drunk so I left and went to the 11th street location instead

    Corky manager and salesman. Found a nice salesman we wanted to do business with. He was bullied out by another salesman who wanted us to do a deal we didn't want. We left and bought an even nicer and more expensive car the same night at different dealership. His loss.
