DO NOT USE this company! This is the second year I have used this location. The first year went well; however, this year the staff were incredibly rude! I was having my daughter and mom's taxes done. I received a call that the taxes were done. The tax preparer left a voice mail that said she only worked Tuesday, Thursday and she would also be there on Saturday. I called ahead to make sure they were ready. Shawn, the front desk person said she was not there. I mentioned the voice mail saying they were complete. He said he didn't know if they were. He offered to contact her. I gave it over an hour and arrived to collect the taxes on a Saturday. Upon arriving, Shawn says, "she hasn't called back" I told him they should be ready and can I just pick them up. Shawn's tone of voice was very rude and he didn't appear to want to be bothered. He finally said he could print them off. I waited for about 15 minutes. I walked back and ask if he about had them together. He snapped at me and again was very rude. Went back today on Thursday. They were ready, I had some questions and Zim a different tax person helped me, but kept trying to rush and saying "I have clients" I said, I am a client. Also, my daughter had to pay a considerable amount and I ask why and how were suppose to know this certain tax law?? She told me I should have googled it. Really, she is the professional! We won't be back!
