        Great customer service. Bill and Zera are awesome and very helpful. They can help with pretty much any shipping, printing, or copying issue. Also: packages never arrive late or damaged when shipped by UPS.

        Staff here consistently go the extra mile for customers. Bil helped me with a Dyson return after Dyson customer service had given me the wrong information for a warranty repair. He stayed on the phone with them for over half an hour and secured the proper information. UPS customer oriented, Dyson not so much.

        This UPS store consistently takes incorrect measurements. This is the second time Ive taken an item that is right on the length limit where they have taken advantage of that. They wanted to charge $60+ for the same package that I sent out through FedEx for $20. Taking my business over to FedEx from here on out.
