My wife and I were concerned when we realized we were due for a new roof as a result of storm damage. The process from filing a claim to a finished product is sometimes complicated and certainly has its share of nuance. Todd was prompt, kind, and informative in terms of his communication. His team worked hard and were detailed & thorough not just in installation, but also with clean up. And perhaps best of all, Todd is passionate about his work! We feel like we learned a lot about roofing! My family and I won't look anywhere else for roofing needs.

Todd is an exception to most businesses. He followed up for 2 years after he performed an inspection. Inspected the roof several times in between the first contact and roof replacement to ensure I was still in good shape. Never pressured me into a decision. We lost a few shingles in a wind storm. Todd came out again and inspected and assured me there was no major damage and I would be fine until I made a decision to repair or replace. I decided to foot the bill myself and replace it. Todd worked with on paying. Once they showed up they laid tarps all around the house and had a trailer in the driveway for debris. If I didnt have security cameras I would never known someone was there. They started on Tuesday morning and finished that evening. The cleanup was phenomenal. I found one staple, thats it!
