        UPDATE: the shingles that were replaced flew off again. They didnt match the shingle I originally had. I was ghosted and after a few months I was able to find someone else to repair my roof correctly. Its no reason why my 6 year old roof should have given me the problems I have had when there are roofs in my area 20 years old and no issues.I got my entire roof installed by OCR in February 2018. This past month we have had extremely high winds which caused me to lose a few shingles. I contacted OCR and spoke with Christian and he was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. I asked about the warranty and he came out the next day on a Saturday to look at my roof. By Monday he was texting me letting me know it would be covered under warranty and someone would be out that same day to make the repairs. This exhibited great customer service and I am so grateful I chose this company that honors their word and warranties. Thank you OCR!

        Thought I had a roof issue. Christian came out and fortunately I did not. Thanks, Christian, for saving the day! When I do need my roof replaced, I will be using OCR! Great company to work with!

        I got a quote for a new roof. After receiving the quote, they were very pushy with numerous text messages and calls. When I finally chose a roofing contractor, that was not them, Christian called and grilled me as to why I didn't choose them. I didn't feel as though I needed to justify to him why I chose to spend MY money with someone else. He had some unpleasant words for me while saying that he guessed that they didn't come highly recommended enough. He got that right and they won't be getting any recommendations from me.

      Hey Clint, we understand how you feel.We provided a bid months ago when we were completing over 20 roofs in your neighborhood. When you asked us 4 months later for a new bid we provided it. You asked to remove sales tax if you paid cash and we obliged to take the hit ourselves. Then you decided to shop around which is 100% your choice. When Christian called you and you had said the price was similar , but you decided to go with someone who was “highly recommended” it definitely threw him off as we are the #1 roofer in sallisaw this year. And it’s the point of us being around for months and not even giving us a last shot.But we appreciate the review! We hope the new roof venture goes well stay blessed !
