Horrible. Scam alert. Our house was left worse then when we hired him and a lot of furniture is missing. The owner is currently holding our furniture hostage because apparently we owe him money even though he has yet to do things that we paid him for.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Called on Thursdays. He said he would come out the next day. Friday. Waited all day and never showed up. Got a call that evening that he was on a large job for a customer that needed her water because she had a newborn. I was understanding. I was assured he would be out Saturday between 7-4. Once again. Never showed. I called them around 5 and was told he could come out Sunday but wasnt sure the time she told me she would call him and give me a call back. Never got a call until Sunday afternoon saying he would he able to be out about 5:30. I missed the call so thats what the voicemail said. I attempted to call back and did not get answer. I left a voicemail saying 5:30 was fine. Never got a call back and once again never showed. If you need a service done promptly dont use them. Or even within a week. So I will sit in my home not able to use my stove bc they never showed up to install the shut off valve.
