        Arrived to this Mazzio location at 11:00am which is when they are suppose to be open. All doors were locked. We waited outside for total of 15 minutes before going through the drive thru to see if anyone was inside. An elderly white lady came to the window and said verbatim what you need with an attitude. The lack of customer service and opening 15 minutes late is unprofessional. The hours on the door said this location open at 11:00am on Saturdays. We decided not to eat there after that interaction.
