Dr. James Thirion obviously is not someone who should own any business. Paid him around $400 after my insurance for my glasses that were supposed to transition into sunglasses but get about 10% dark. Was told to come in for them to look at them and the nice lady told me out of her own mouth that they would put new lenses without the tent and refund the amount that I paid for them (transition price) since they dont work. Makes sense right? Well feckless Dr. James Thirion told her that he would not refund the amount I paid for them even though he sold me a product that didnt work the way it was supposed to. At this moment I ask to speak with Dr Feckless and she told me he REFUSED TO TALK TO ME. Hope you enjoy this ad letting the world know if you want to buy glasses from the Wizard of Oz hiding behind doors, then stay away from One Vision in Broken Arrow.
*Update since I was told he would not talk to me being a man/ business owner, I refuse to answer his calls. Why in the world do people think they can treat you like garbage and expect you to want to speak to them after you give them hard earned money and they cant have a simple non-violent conversation to take care of the people who pay for something that doesnt do its job? Not to mention I buy my daughters contact lenses from him every 4-5 month and he is not getting that business anymore and hope I scare every human looking at this from
doing business with him. You had your chance doc and you failed miserably. I will make sure to be your #1 fan of diverting your customers somewhere else. At this point, if you want my attention, I suggest a full refund and I might take down this down. Lesson learned on doing the right thing the first time and you will never be in these situations.
