        The VA made an appointment through "In The Community" service as a Consult. Anderson refused to accept that appointment over payment difficulties. We offered to use Community Care insurance, but they refused. Thely aren't in that network. I guess they don't like serving senior citizens or WWII. Vets! Offered to pay their $69 fee and relfused it because I demanded to accompany my 101 y r old Pop, since he is almost deaf. They refused. I was disappointed and angry, and was told to leave. Receptionist said the doctor doesn't make much money. I understand why. Senior citizens: find another O.D. in Broken Arrow. There are plenty others who will respect you and/or your military service.         I have gone to Anderson for many years. The staff is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Anderson is highly skilled, very personable. I love Anderson eye clinic. I have never had a bad experience.
