The staff is accommodating. I had to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. The Doctor took extreme care in getting my contact lens script correct.

Public look at my previous post on this business. And look at their response. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Look at how that our complaint is how they treated us. They were rude and absolutely mean. But they still want to argue about a policy versus how messed up their employees are again no remorse when I talk to a manager. That is absolutely ridiculous and 100% unacceptable as a business. No wonder you have so many bad reviews on Google. Address the situation and concern at hand. Your employees suck. Your employees are rude and mean to customers and do not consider the well-being of your business. I said I have no complaints about your policy. It is how we were treated as people. You claim we had 6 cancellations. We never made those. You did all those and never tell us about them and we get blamed. More pitiful customer service.
