Cynthia was amazing. She was always available for questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. We had an offer two days after she listed our home. Cynthia was great to work with! She kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a good job communicating our requests to the seller. She was always available via text or call to go through any issue. For example, when we had some issues with turning on utilities for the inspection, we communicated often to address that issue. In the end, we were able to turn on utilities in time for the inspection. She also has a lot of knowledge of the selling process and properties in the area with over 30 years of real estate experience. In addition, she knows a lot of different contractors. If this is something you need, she can definitely help you with that. My whole buying process went very smoothly from start to finish, which I am happy about. I will work with her again and recommend her to other people I know.
