Will NEVER recommend ServPro! They responded quickly to the flooding in JUNE!!!, but since then they have not done ANYTHING to get the carpet replaced or communicated with the insurance company to move the job along. It is now SEPT!!! Ridiculous and poor business practices.

SERVPRO of Greater Broken Arrow was chosen by my apartment complex after we noticed water leaking from a light fixture. The drywall was crumbling and the paint was discolored on the ceiling. The team was super considerate and easily fixed the small issue. Overall great experience.

At first I hesitated to post a review just because we didn't want to deal with this company anymore. But after what happened today I felt that people need to know about them. This past spring my husband had a leak at his office and we hired Servpro. He specifically told them that he has no time or desire to be his own contractor to restore his office, but Servpro assured him that everything will be taken care of by them and he has nothing to worry about. Servpro got paid for everything, including but not limited to packing and unpacking, disassembling, removing and demo... Some personal property was packed wrong or not packed at all, therefore some of the business and personal belongings got damaged beyond restoration, things that could of been reused were thrown out. Servpro refused to take care of it. Contractors brought their teenage kids to do the work and got paid as professionals, but the quality of work was obviously not professional. Damaged base boards were not replaced, there is trim paint on the new floor and they painted around an air freshener hanging on a nail, there is saw dust on nearly every surface. We emailed and called Servpro and contractors but most of the time nobody would respond or return our phone calls.  It doesn't matter if it was Servpro company itself or the contractors that they hired. After more than three months later the office was finally usable but still looks unfinished,  except the upgrades that my husband chose to have done by professionals. A few months go by and we are talking how we can make office look presentable and finished, we get a bill from Servpro for over $4500. Our deductible is $2000, therefore they legally cannot make you pay more then your deductible. My husband spends days trying to put everything on a spreadsheet, he also calls Servpro and ask to meet and go over everything. After several phone calls Servpro owner finally agrees to meet, he brings co-owner to the meeting. My husband is man of integrity and strictly by the book guy who follows rules, so he had everything ready for them, but they were not interested to go over his spreadsheet or look at the quality of work that had been done by their contractors. Now Servpro says that it wasn't their contractors, that my husband hired them himself, which is not true. All those people were interested in was to get their $4500, they told my husband that they would not leave the office until they get the money, even after he explained that he's only obligated to write them a check for $2000, which is his deductible, but they bullied him into writing a check and told my husband that if he doesn't agree with it he needs to get more money from his insurance company. After an extremely stressful eight months of dealing with these dishonest people my husband decided to write a very truthful review. A couple days goes by and he gets a phone call from the owner of Servpro telling him to take his review down right away, which of course my husband said he's not going to do, because every word in his review is truth. After that, the owner of the Servpro of Greater Broken Arrow threatened to write a negative review on my husband's business and call his company if he didn't take it down.  My husband did take the review down because he was threatened just like he was bullied into writing a check for more money, but he did nothing wrong other than trusting Servpro. These people are dishonest, they will take advantage of you, take your money, overcharge you, not do the work right, bully you into paying them more money and threaten you if things don't go the way they want. My husbands stress level is through the roof and at this point I'm going to do everything I can to report this company and possibly share the story on the news. If you need help avoid this company. You shouldn't have to lose sleep when you hire a restoration company and certainly shouldn't be threatened by one.P.S. they call bulling and threatening an agreement in their reply.

Saturday evening @5:30.  Took twelve rings plus to answer.  Someone called me back 30 minutes later said they would have to talk to construction manager about job. I texted person 1 hour later and reply was they could not get to the job did I have someone else I could call.  Received call from another person at Servpro 2.5 hours after initial call asking if they could help me.  I had already made other arrngements
