I spent 30mins on hold before I got to speak to a person, he said he had my business phone forwarded to my cell phone, but it did not work. They also told me a technician would be out between 10am-12 but I got a text at 7:52am saying they were on the way. The link that said I could track and communicate with my technician did not let me see where he was and when I sent a message I got an automated response telling me to call an 800 number. Terrible customer service for a business account, I am not happy with this service at all.

Absolutly the worst perfrmance and NO customer service. I had a "no show" technician yesterday after waiting for 4 hours. You cannot talk to anbody except a worthless AI robot that threatens you with a $50 charge if you are not available when a tech shows over a 4 hour window (NO SHOW, NO call, only threats from a brainless computer). 10 years with this horrible company. It's only gotten worse. What company threatens you from the git go? Disgusting business model.

The technician that came was very quick to solve the problem, he worked on it down the road somewhere and when he got to our house he had to switch a couple wires and the problem was solved. He was a good worker you need to raise.

Highly suggest going with Windstream Kinetic Fiber if its in your area. Great service! Speeds have doubled since switching over. Zero issues and no drops.
