This business is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT UP-TO-DATE BY MEANS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990! When told that there was no entrance I could enter, they tried to persuade me out of my physiological inability to climb stairs/steps, as if the reason I don't climb stairs in my attitude, the terminology involved, and how I feel about the problem. Basically, I'm only having symptoms of being disabled because I think/believe I'm disabled which in turn causes the disability. It made even less sense when they said it. I would advise steering clear of this business. You might hypothetically speaking, thanks to a car accident, be in a wheelchair one day and then you wouldn't be able to see your insurance agent at Farm Bureau of Broken Arrow. I was able to do my business in the driver seat of my car, that is why they have 2/5 instead of 1/5, the lowest rating possible. There is no 0/5 stars which is a bit of b.s. but I have mountains to climb now that I don't believe in my disabilities.

Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service. Adjusters that have no idea what they're doing. Zero since of urgency. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
