image THEYLL STEAL YOUR $100 DEPOSIT! Theyll harass you to leave your room before its even checkout. The bathrooms have holes all over which is creepy because of potential cameras. Staff get two thumbs down theyre rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache the beds are horrible too ours came with a huge slumping hole in it! Booo shame on this facility!

image First off the lady at the service desk was really really nice. Unfortunately shes not so good at her job. First she put us in someone elses room. We went and told her the door key wasnt working so she reset them. We walked in and I saw 2 beds instead of 1 king and then I saw a cpap machine on the nightstand. Then my husband pointed out the luggage that was in there. We obviously left immediately but we couldve gotten shot when we walked into someone elses room. Then when we told her what happened she acted like we didnt see what we saw. We shouldve been put in 122 not 121. Our gas is off at the apartment complex so all we needed was a shower. My husband took his first. The water wouldnt drain so he stood in the water the whole time he took his shower. I couldnt do it so I went and told her about it. She went with us to check a shower in a different room and it just trickled out of the shower head. Obviously we left. The desk lady did call someone and said we would be getting a full refund. As of right now it is showing twice the amount we paid pending withdrawal in our account so it looks like instead of a refund we were charged twice. If it changes I will change this part of my review. Later we went to the Clarion Hotel and their showers were amazing.
