Franciscan Villa

When looking for a place for my mom, Franciscan Villa was at the top of my list. Highly rated by Medicare as one of the top homes in Oklahoma. Its always clean, smells good, staff are always smiling, nurses even text me if my mom needs anything. From front office, to floor staff. Theyre always there and making my moms stay enjoyable.

For me Franciscan Villa has been a great fit Great physical therapy, and they were also great at IV antibiotics 5 times a day on schedule. For being in skilled nursing I was quite satisfied. Franciscan Villa would be my top choice if I needed physical theray and skilled nursing in the future

Franciscan Villa USED to be the place you wanted your loved ones to go to in their later days. NOT anymore, it has gone downhill since covid and has not gotten better but worse, my loved one was neglected for days, I had her sent to the hospital with kidney failure and congestive heart failure, I had to insist they send her to the hospital. She was put on dialysis and transferred to a different facility which was wonderful to her. She never recovered from her experience at FV and passed away. Please do not take your loved one to this place.

Please do not walk away from this facility. RUN. Please do not leave your loved one alone in this place. My father begged me not to leave him alone with them. They just forget about you dont feed you. Dont do anything that they say they will do. They just want you in the door to collect on insurance. Nurses lie to your face. Administration will always back the employees even if they are wrong. They are playing games with your loved ones lives. I am open to criticism on this if anyone thinks I am not telling the truth, you are welcome to reach out. Working on getting a transfer and the director of the facility will not even apologize to him even though he has apologized to every employee that comes in his room because he feels that their lack of care is his fault.
