I recently got to tour one of Parker Built's homes. I was blown away at the quality and creativity that was used to create such a stunning home. I've known Chad and his family for several years now and have complete trust in their character and integrity. I can't say enough great things about Parker Built Homes. Do yourself a favor and build your dream home with Chad and his crew at Parker Built Homes.

Do not trust these guys!! Sixteen months into our custom home that we trusted Parker Built (formerly Parker Construction) to build us and they bailed before our home was finished. Christian, David, Chad, and Jamie stopped showing up and stopped answering our calls. We have no electric, plumbing, or carpet and lighting. Our cabinet doors aren’t evenly aligned. Our back patio overhang is drooping. We have peeling paint and gouges out of our window sills. They completely left us but not before they withdrew money out of my husband’s and my bank account “to pay the contractors”. Contractors are now telling us Parker Built never paid them and we are getting lien after lien on our property. Stay away from this business. My husband and I are now scrambling trying to finish our home whenever these guys have taken everything from us.
