The Spectacular Homes I've walked through are truly amazing. The quality and design aspects are second to none! The homes are beautiful inside and out, as well as the neighborhood!

The homes I saw were beautiful and had high end finishes! Their concept is really unique, so I enjoyed chatting with their staff and learning more. Very welcoming and informative folks!

We walked through the models at the new development and the lady with blonde hair had no clue how to answer the questions .Everything that my husband and I asked she wasnt sure about but that this concept was different from Shaw Homes, that she did know. She also mentioned she was new but had not been properly trained or informed. She mentioned getting us a home around $400,000 !! I wonder if thats true? We went through Rabbit Run not quite a year ago and the sales rep that spoke with us was very informative and professional. She had been taught correctly ! Take my advice get someone who knows what they are talking about. We will build with someone else that knows what they are doing!! Great concept just not enough information that made us want to purchase .
