Communication was nonexistent, initially told 2-3 weeks depending on weather, didnt hear anything for 7 weeks despite text and voicemail asking for an update. When they finally scheduled the job they didnt show the two days they were supposed to, still with no communication. The work when done was good, but not worth the hassle of being ghosted for nearly 2 months. Maybe if you have a bigger project where they stand to make more money they might be more responsive.

We had a wonderful experience working with Justin at Greenscapes. He had great ideas for our project, including the construction of a beautiful outdoor fireplace and surrounding landscaping. Greenscapes was prompt, kept us informed throughout the process, and left the work site tidy. We would definitely recommend them for your next project! I CANNOT  recommend Greenscapes Outdoor for your outdoor living company.  Although they have some good products, ultimately customer service is lacking and they DO NOT STAND behind their product/work!  I have a grill that was placed to close to my house.  Greenscapes will take NO responsibility for their mistake.  Not only do I have a grill too close to my house, that other outdoor living companies have recommended being moved, I have paid to replace a window (that will not be warrantied because of grill placement) that was ruined from the heat of the grill.  Please continue to read if you would like further details.  When we searched for a company to design and extend the existing patio, build a pergola, add a built in kitchen, and gas fire pit, we looked at several companies of different sizes.  We connected best with Justin and his team at Greenscapes.  Our work was completed in July/August of 2018.  There were a few bumps along the way but overall satisfied with the the end product.  In January 2019, Justin used our backyard, patio, and fire pit one day to shoot some commercials for his business.  We have had a few issues which Justin has addressed since that time.  Fast forward to the spring of 2022,  our bathroom window has been ruined because of how close the built in gas grill sits to the house. At the time of the build, none of us realized the bathroom window (which were the square shaped blocks) were actually a plastic material.    In March  I began to look at companies for a replacement  window.  I also reached out to Greenscapes to see what could be done about potentially moving the grill and/or what options we had. In May, we began to work together in earnest to come up with a solution.  Initially I sent some pictures, then in June, Justin came to the house to look at the situation.  At this time, we also talked about some additional projects we were thinking about to the patio.  On July 5th, I reached out to see where we were with the situation/additional project estimates.  Justin apologized and said he'd work on it that day.  We received nothing.  I reached out again in October.  The response was another apology and "I will get with you".  I reached out to Justin the last time on 3 November 2022 where I have never gotten a response from Justin.  I am feeling like he is not standing by his work.  In taking time to look at the owners manual for the grill Greenscapes used, it clearly states a 16 inch clearance, from back of grill to wall should be maintained.  I have a 6 inch clearance.  Thus the heat to the wall and window are too great.  I have had 2 other companies come in to look at the situation and there is no easy fix.  But both said they grill has been placed too close to the wall.  I feel I have no choice but to leave a bad review to warn others.  My new window is going in as I write (December 28, 2022).  No company was willing to warranty that window because of the issue of the grill.  So basically I have an unusable outdoor kitchen.  Or use it with the possibility of replacing the window again at a later date.

Justin was awesome to work with. I feel he did everything he said he was going to do and then some. All the different people involved did a great job. All I can say is WOW! We had Justin and his team install a beautiful concrete paver sidewalk and retaining wall. It was over what we expected!!!!! It has truly added increased value to our home and provided us a much safer walk around the house. Justin's team was awesome to work with and did a good job of clean up and protecting our home. Such hard workers!! Justin was very good to communicate ideas and helped our project turn out FANTASTIC! We highly recommend Greenscapes Outdoor.
