Staff was friendly. My appointment was at 3:45 and still hadnt been seen by the doctor at 5:30 before i had to go pick up my child from day care. Wasted a good 2 hours of my day just to not be seen and have to go to urgent care anyways. The Dr Obviously has to much going on and cant handle the influx of patients. Waste of my time, insurance and money. Im now in search of a primary care physician that respects me and my time.

I had wonderful experience with Dr. Mason. She is very attentive to my needs and recommended physical therapy for my aching lower back pain, versus surgery. The Therapy at Broken Arrow Therapy was the best thing Ive ever done.

Terrible! The staff was nice, but my appointment was for 2, and I was still waiting for Dr. Mason at 3:30, with 50 of those 90 minutes waiting in the examination room and NOBODY communicating why I was waiting for so long. Some snotty nurse told me that I was more than welcome to make another appointment. Ha! The office supervisor tried to make it right, but Ive never been so furious leaving a place. It was my initial patient appointment, but I WONT be going back to a doctor who has such little respect for me and my time. Unbelievable!

I'd give zero stars if I could. This doctor will ask questions and then do the exact opposite over and over. Then forgets the whole goal of the visit. severe memory problems and either doesn't write notes, or doesn't read her own notes. Every visit she would bring up her sons personal medical history, that did not relate to me. she would prescribe pills to be able to prescribe more pills. She doesn't like being told that she's wrong or the word no. She loves to put words in your mouth and then she can't believe anything else other than her assumption even after you say she's incorrect. She's willing to sit in the office and argue with you for 2 hours and gets a huge attitude with eyerolls if you try to tell her you're not depressed. terrible. please don't waste your time.

Dr Athena Mason did not listen to any of the patient's needs across multiple different appointments. She wanted to perscribe a slew of medications that would only help her get more insurance money. She should not be practicing as none of her clients are being treated properly. A scheduled appointment should not take 2 hours along with totally irrelevant diagnosis questions to actually help. My wife and I will not use Dr. Athena Mason any further and I advise others to do the same.
