Improving Lives Counseling Services, Inc.

The Counselor I have been provided with has been continuously threatening to send me Inpatient on a residential unit, (note that I HAVE been inpatient before) this includes all sessions, Im seeing dis improvement in my depression and overall mental well being, Today during family therapy my counselor yelled at me, and insulted me completely, calling my impulsive actions retarded, I told her she couldnt say something like that to me, and she YELLED to me, You cant tell me what I can or cant say, you dont run my life. And proceeded to tell me I had no rights whatsoever, while also being subtle about it. I am COMPLETLEY disappointed in the treatment I have been given, I hope to get an incompliance immediately.

Been waiting literally months for services. Ive done everything theyve asked in a matter of minutes. Counselor no showed to first session after waiting months then reassigned me to a new therapist since her availability didnt match mine (even though it was on my intake form). Never heard from anybody. Its been months so I give up. I guess Ill just be crazy.

Staff doesnt communicate well, if at all. First miscommunication, I ignored hoping to be able to receive services I was seeking. Completed intake, was told someone would call next week to make an appointment. 2 weeks, no contact.
