Purchased a liquid eyeliner from this location that was dried out right out of box, I went back several minutes after close because I could still see employees there, had not left the parking lot, and I live 1.5 hours away from any Ulta location. They refused to assist me and when I tried to explain my predicament they waved me off. Really disappointed, not that they refused to help me exchange my hour old product but that they were rude and interrupted me. I understand certain corporations have policies to not allow anyone inside after close, but they could have handled it with more decorum at least. I was polite and not at all upset until they interrupted me repeatedly. Even then I didn't respond rudely, I just turned around and walked away. Concerned about product quality and knowledge from this location- boxes opened on the shelves, and employees couldn't explain the differences between certain hair products. Sadly, I think I will continue to only go to Sephora after this experience. Edit: went to the Ulta at 71st and Memorial and while there the store manager (I forget her name but she was gorgeous, Syrian, and her name began with an R) was absolutely amazing. She spent time helping me to determine that MULTIPLE stile eyeliners were all dried out, helped me exchange the one I bought from the Hillside Drive location with another brand she preferred, and was just absolutely lovely. The manager at the 71st and memorial location went above and beyond, was kind, funny, and totally the opposite of what I experienced at the broken arrow location.
