Steven Shaw and his wife did a poor job of drywall repair. The finish was not smooth and recepticals were not screwed in properly. They replaced some of the kitchen subfloor and left it with large uneven spaces. Ruts in the floor and sunken areas. He did not complete our agreed upon contract. He measured the storm door from my house which was to be use in remodeling the rent house incorrectly and I had to buy a new one because he threw it away when it didnt fit. He had junk removed from around the house and was told not to take glass top patio table which he had it thrown in the trash in pieces. I could list many more items that were not done properly or just not done at all. He did not complete our agreed upon contract. I would not recommend Steven Shaw for any renovations unless you dont care about substandard work. Quick in and quick out is all he demonstrated to me. This is a great company to work. I have worked for company for two years now and will for many years to come. the pay is great and on time and the owner is easy to work with and very understanding. By far the best company Ive worked for in years

They owe my contractors a great deal of money. I do not trust the service nor the integrity of this company.

Started here a couple of years ago, limited knowledge of the field. Quickly learned a ton from the help and support of fellow contractors in my area. The owner seems pretty cool. The system we use here is neat too, learned it like the back of my hand in a couple weeks.

Worked with this company for years, never had a complaint. They pay on time, every time. I have dealt with several other companies in the Property Preservation industry, and none have been as fair as this one. Been owed money by others for years, but never from MRS. Any comment about MRS owing contractors money is most likely a competitor trying to gain some more business from the property management services. Would definitely recommend this company to anybody. 5 Stars.
