The building next door to our law office was recently renovated by Joel Coggins Construction. It was a long process with lots of moving parts. The Joel Coggins crew made a tough situation, so much more tolerable. They were fantastic to work with. They were courteous, they were considerate and always tried to work WITH us. The space could be a tight fit when trucks from several subs all arrived at once. The coordination of all of it was made nearly seamless because of the project manager, Rachel and the Coggins supervisor, Cory Roles. Cory was easy to work with, personable, and kept things smooth; he always kept us updated what to expect next. Cory kept the project moving and kept us happy.
