Came on a Saturday. My only day off. I have a friend that recommended this place once. However, the website says open at 9. Called at 9 to get pricing.... no answer. Thought Ill give them a bit then swing by. 930... no one there, no answer. Came back after 10. No one there, called alternate number on door, person says there should be someone there in an hour!!! But no one at place of business. Came back in over an hour... again no one there. Called number again, woman says someone will be there soon and was snarky on the phone. After the complete lack of customer service we left. No thanks.

This company is fantastic! We took a car to him that had a horrible smell. We thought something died in it but could not find anything. We had even sprinkled baking soda to get the smell out so that was all over our carpets. What a mess. Took this in and he smelled out the dead mouse! He took the console apart and located the beast. (I was a little concerned about putting it back together!). Not a problem. The car looked so nice like we just purchased it. I will refer all family and friends to them! Thank you so much for your help!
