I would like to take the time to give kudos to Dena, who works at this location. I came in there with the intentions on getting my driver's license renewed. At the time their system was down and I did not have an appointment. I assured the other staff that I would sit and wait for a little while until the system came back up because I had to travel quite a ways to get my license renewed and i was 3 days away from expiring. I was not in the best mood when I got there but after speaking with Dena and having a lot of laughs, my day turned around because of her. She sits to the righthand corner aftrr entering inside. When you all go in to do business, please make sure that you speak to her because she is a breath of fresh air and has such a great attitude. I can only assume that when people come in with all the different types of attitudes and being rude to staff causes the day to go longer. while I was there, I learned she does quite a bit. Her job is very important because she processes all the IDs and Real IDs, which means she deals with quite a bit of people. I would again like to thank her for being so kind, witty, and patient while dealing with such a stressful situation. Everyone be sure to give Dena an smile and wave when you meet her, even if you are not there to get driver's license or IDs. Thank you again Dena for being such a good person
