I was told they "don't even do plumbing" when their website clearly offers plumbing as one of their services.....I wonder why?

If you want a new system they're as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! A1 Mechanical exists for one purpose only...to sell you a new system at top dollar (they'll say it's because they only use the best materials). They're not interested in fixing anything. You've been warned.

A1 installed our new HVAC system several years ago and really listened to what we needed. We have been on their maintenance plan ever since, which gives us peace of mind with spring and fall system checks and maintenance. We couldn't be more pleased. Recently, Daniel, not only performed a thorough cleaning and service, recommending needed maintenenance issues, but answered questions we had about other services like a pressure check for leaks and insulation replacement.
