Mark came out same day (within hours of calling actually) and was able to diagnose and fix our AC unit that wasnt cooling in this 100+ heat. We actually have a home warranty company but was told I could find my own contractor. So I did, and he was the nicest, efficient, and thorough when he came. I know a lot of businesses would shy away from a home warranty client but he never once acted like It was an issue and even worked with me so I could send in proper documents to my warranty company. He also explained things to me in a way I could even understand (kinda lol). HIGHLY recommend Service: HVAC system maintenance

They showed up with 2 feet of snow on the ground. Climbed into my attic saw that my vent pipe was froze. There was nothing they could do. It was no charge...I paid them anyway. Now I know why my heater wouldn't come on was worth every penny.

I found that this company was very honest and reliable. He came out the same afternoon I called. I'm not saying all businesses do this, but some tell you that something different needs to be repaired or replaced than what really does. This gentleman was very honest in his evaluation and very reasonably priced.
I used this company again for another home. He's still just as honest and reliable as he was the first time. You can not lose with this company! Service: A/C system maintenance
