        Im so disgusted right now. Every other insurance place drops you if you miss a payment but I was told by this location theyre not set up like that. They took $419 out of my account after previous failed transactions. Thats literally all the money I had and so close to Christmas on top of that. Im an RN who just had unexpected hand surgery and will be out of work for ten weeks. I had stopped autopay through the app and was switching insurance from them due to rise in price each month regardless of no wrecks or tickets. I plan on filing with insurance commissioner considering there is proof of failed previous transactions and they kept trying. Steer clear from this place.
