        I went to the Xcel family medical Center there in Blanchard yesterday and while I was sitting in the room waiting for an hour and a half I heard the doctor talking to someone on speakerphone and laughing and talking like he had no appointments yesterday what the hell is going

        Been here multiple times. First few times it was okay. Definitely not handled professionally but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS for the day before thanksgiving at 1:30. I got a phone call on the 22nd at 11:30 (if not earlier) from them saying that they didnt realize that their own doctor wasnt working that day. They said they would refill my meds and let me know when it was sent off. Its been 4 days now and after relentlessly calling and messaging I havent heard back from anyone. I dont recommend trying to get any type of professional work done here.

        So far have not had good luck with them. A simple prescription took a full week to get sent to the pharmacy correctly after texting (you can't call them directly) every day. They called to confirm an order for a lab was sent on Monday. Today (wed) I took off work to go get labs drawn. Of course once I get to DLO, they don't have an order and, of course, you can't actually call them, so I wasted two hrs of work to drive 50 miles for nothing due to the incompetence of the staff of EFM.
