I had a good experience the first time I called. Sherri took my information and told me that the insurance clerk was out but will call me back the next day. That is their procedure; I did not ask for that. So today, I get a weird message from the insurance clerk stating that I had questions (???). I do not. I know my plan and understand how things work. It makes you wonder how good the care is if the front desk people cannot get you through the door without nonsense. This is why good healthcare is so hard to find: because providers are so hyper focused on how they will get paid, that they forget the reason they GET paid is because a patient needs care. Patients keep the doors open and pay everyone's salary at every medical and dental practice. I will keep shopping. My insurance dollars will be spent where I am treated with dignity, not as a number. I can tolerate the pain until someone better comes along.

Long overdue review. Dr. Murray saved me from a very expensive tooth extraction. Long story short: He noticed what looked like a failed (old) root canal on a molar. Sent me to a specialist (endontic) to have it evaluated. That place diagnosed it as a broken tooth with an infection underneath, and recommended extraction and a bridge or implant to replace it. $$$ starts adding up. I raise some questions back with Dr. Murray and he takes a second look at his and their X-rays of my tooth, and literally told me "I don't agree with them, I'll send you to another specialist in OKC." That intellectual honesty and willingness to trust his instincts literally saved both my tooth and my wallet. The second specialist (shout-out OKC Endo) did their own evaluation and discovered it was a much simpler issue that only needed a surgical root canal to correct. 7 months later after the procedure, everything is all healed and the bone is regrowing perfectly, so it looks like Dr. Murray and OKC Endo were dead on the money with their diagnosis. Guess that wasn't so short of a long story, but this experience totally earned my trust in Dr. Murray. I've also had nothing but friendly interactions with the rest of the staff at Blanchard Family Dentistry. So as long as I'm in the area, this is where it's at for me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Murray and staff were absolutely amazing! Dr. Murray took plenty of time throughout my visit to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly the entire time I was there. Im not a huge fan of the dentist, but I am a huge fan of Dr. Murray and crew! If youre looking for a great dentist that works hard to make sure your experience is great, hes the one! Huge thank you to the crew over at Blanchard Family Dentistry for taking care of me!!! Will absolutely be a returning!
